To encourage the practice of <em>Yoga</em> <em>Nidra</em> to reduce risk factors, prevent diseases of mental disorders & promote healthy lifestyle. <strong>MATERIAL & METHODS:</strong>  Good mental health can improve life quality whereas poor mental health can worsen it. <em>Manas</em> is called <em>‘Ubhayatmaka’</em> (sensory & motor functions) & hence considered as superior faculty because it controls & coordinates all other faculties connecting them with the soul.
