To assess the impact of Yoga Nidra on Mental health. 2. To encourage the practice of Yoga Nidra to reduce risk factors, prevent diseases of mental disorders & promote healthy lifestyle. MATERIAL & METHODS: Good mental health can improve life quality whereas poor mental health can worsen it.
