Abstract

There is large number of corporate living in our society. They are known mainly because of their relentless work, their sedentary and stress full lifestyle. This work disturbs their daily routine. The very common problem among corporate in our society is frequent indigestion or Aamajirna. This is due to unhealthy eating habits and more importantly due to lack of any physical exercise. If not paid attention on time and not treated can give rise to many grievous diseases. Bhujangasana is a very simple asana. It takes very less time to do. In this study 30 corporate were selected who were suffering from frequent Aamajirna were selected. Bhujangasana was advised to do daily once, in the morning, for average 2- 3 min, for 30 days. Observations were done thoroughly before and after. Bhujangasana was found to have definite effect on treating frequent Aamajirana present in corporates
