Diseases and suffering are continuously posing challenges before making and medical personalities taking untiring pains and efforts to find out solution for the same. Psoriasis one of the critical and fast growing problem in society which have no complete and truhtful cure in different medical faculties.
Since last 10 years. I come across several patient of psoriasis which have no
satisfactory results even they took treatment from different specialist and pathies from 2-15 yrs. With the coatation of classical Ayurvedic text. I dicided to treat sporiasis by Pancha- Karma therapy.
Reference ;-Charak chikitsasthan
Method :- Randamly selected patients of psoriasis divided into two groups.
Group-A : Virechan and oral Medication
Group-B : Oral Medication
Discussion and Observation :- Results were observed and noted occurding to clinical improvement in signs & symptoms on every follow-up visit. Patient from both groups followed-up after one month, second month, fourth month and sixth months. After analysing of data following facts revealed in Group-A-95% Patient showed relief after receiving Panchakarma & Oral medication and in group B-80%. Patient showed relief after receiving only oral Medication.
Result and Conclusion :-Present work concluded that the Virechan is highly effective in Psoriasis.
